[CHELEM-BOP-INDIC] CHELEM - Balance of Payments indicators

CHELEM-BOP-INDIC contains 7 indicators of current balance based on the CEPII Balance of Payments and Gross Domestic Product databases: coverage ratio between the values of credits and debits; the degree of openness (average of credits and debits related to current GDP); market position (balance related to average of world debits and credits); credits, debits and balances related to current GDP; and comparative advantages (contribution to the balance). All indicators cover about 200 countries, the 95 individual zones identified by the common CHELEM multi-level and additional aggregates since 1967. Data are provided in 22 accounts and 6 aggregates from the CHELEM-BOP classification, consistent with the sixth manual of the Balance of Payments recommended by the International Monetary Fund. All data are expressed in %, except comparative advantages which are in thousandths of current GDP and market position in % of World current credits & debits average.
