Sectoral flow describes the movement of dwelling transactions between and within the Household and Non-Household sectors. Where a dwelling is sold by a household to a company/institution, this is a 'Household to Non-Household' transaction. Where a dwelling is sold by a company/institution to a household, this is a 'Non-Household to Household' transaction. A dwelling sold by a household to another household is an 'Intra-Household' transaction. A dwelling sold by a company/institution to another company/institution is an 'Intra-Non-Household' transaction.
