Notes

From Q4 2005 a change was made to Booking Method used for trips. Two options were removed, that of 'Privately organised' and 'Package Tour or Holiday'. These were replaced by 'Internet Booking/Reservation' and 'Other form of Direct booking/Reservation'. The former category 'Privately Booked/No Pre-booking' has been subdivided into 3 categories, 'Internet', 'Direct' and No Pre-booking'. Before Q4 2005 these categories are grouped together.
