In light of the United Kingdom (UK) leaving the European Union with effect from 1 February 2020, the EU classification has been updated EU14 excl Irl was formally classified as EU15 exl. IRL & UK EU15 to EU27 was formally classified as EU15 to EU28 States EU15 to EU27 includes Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia
